1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NexGen Destiny Safaris' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

All bookings require a deposit. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Cancellation policies apply as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required vaccinations. We recommend consulting your doctor before travel.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. NexGen Destiny Safaris is not responsible for losses not covered by insurance.

All participants must respect wildlife, local communities, and fellow travelers. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour.

NexGen Destiny Safaris' liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not liable for delays, cancellations due to weather, or acts of nature.

We protect your personal information and use it only for booking and communication purposes. We do not share data with third parties without consent.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
